Is there a difference between Necro Paragon and Necromancer armor?

The Necro Paragon Armor is just a reskin of Necromancer. Aside from looks and animation, there's no difference whatsoever.

Thanks! I was just curious since I heard it gives slightly better base stats or something but that isn't the case.
