Is this an old item brought back? New? I cant find info subs. Sounds like it's a mack-a-lot buckler fire clone, but anyone know the stats?

The shield is new. It is not a direct clone of Mack-a-Lot, but the effect is similar. It reduces damage taken by (10.7143 * [your CHA]/[expected CHA])%. The CHA part is capped at 1.2. The shield pays -6 MRM to get the increased damage reduction.
