Could anybody tell me the highest exp giving monster accessible in the game right now?

On a consistent basis, Probably Shadow Roc via the Leveling Guide. Some Void Boss monsters have even more but because of scaling you can't get their highest level versions until you're level 150 which at that point they only have 0 EXP. The Level 160 Armegoggon gives 6 million EXP per round, but it's not consistently searchable for.
