How much Luck is the Initiative Bonus +105 equal to? Or what percent chance does a no luck build have to start a battle against a monster with full Luck, if using the Initiative Bonus +105?

You just add it to your luck. If you have 250 luck and +105 initiative bonus, it's like you have 305 luck for the initiative roll. With 0 luck and +105 boost, it's just like having 105 luk, 0% chance of going first against a monster with >205 luck
