For a person that rarely plays this game and is often occupied (school, work, life), they sometimes come back to the game with different balance changes having occurred in one's absence, and I've calculated it's exactly 1,150 Credits to retrain (Level 40). 1,150 = 400 (Weapons) + 250 (Retrain), 500 (Legendary Mode).
I'm essentially suggesting for a 2,000 Credit stimulus since there had been times I quit the game with no credits (below 200 usually) and when I return I'm often forced to enter a match with an 'outdated build'. I'm sure this isn't just a me concern, or else I wouldn't of suggested it.
Open criticism allowed. Fyi I'm not a socialist.
