Unfortunately, there are no longer weapons sorted by power and elements but only by A-Z letters in DF encyclopedia. whereslse can i find it?

If it was removed, most likely it was due to being severely outdated due to lack of management on author/s part and the standard of defining a "best" item is now more comprehensive (defensive, general, offensive) than just brute forcing your way to victory. After sifting through some files and links, this link and this too are your best bets for the modern DF standard for equipment.
