Can werepyre block/dodge attack ? I know Werepyre use STR/INT for calculate "chance to hit", but I don't find any information about using STR/INT for "chance to block/dodge". [:)]

They can block attacks, but they still use Dex for blocking attacks. Since most Werepyres have 0 Dex, their block chance is much lower (-31.25 effective MRM relative to 250 Dex builds). They still can block attacks by stacking blinds and MRM, but they need to do it to a much greater extent than most other builds. It's definitely something Werepyres generally don't and shouldn't rely on.

As a result of Werepyre having hybrid attacks, most players decide not to have dex but you can if you want to. But to make up for lack of blocking, they have the panic ability to lower damage to you.

I think Werepyre might be one of the most versatile armors where multiple builds can really do well. While it's designed to take INT/STR to max it's damage, you can be a beastmage or a tank mage since magic weapons get the boost. I would suggest testing it all and dont just rely on what the choir says all the time.

For example, the Werepyre has the strongest beast form especially if you train as a hybrid, but in its non beast form it's bleed skill is the most powerful in the game. Just using that over and over will yield POWERFUL results.

Anyway, if you wish to train int/str/dex, go for it and test it.
