So I've been playing through some of the main Chapter 3 story and I'm finding quests here and there that drop items that sell for absolute cash. The thing is, none of these new quests, which are amazing for farming, are mentioned in any DF gold farming guide I've found, as all of them seem to be old and from the heyday of Chapter 2. So I was wondering when the Gold Farming Guide(s) would get an update, or how to go about doing that myself without violating forum rules or something.

This query should be in Q&A, not in GD. To answer your question, and this applies to any guide that isn't the Chronicle of Releases, all guides are out of date as their respective owners either have stopped playing altogether or just aren't as frequent a player anymore. Second, guide vacancies haven't happened in a long while since the guide section's mod is not avail for that duration. The best you can try is to place your recommendations as a reply in the appropriate guide.
