What are the standards for a level 150G shield for MRM?

And would it be possible to have all the points allocated to just like Magic and 0 in everything else?

Or will I get a strongly worded message from IMR/Kam/Ash about it?

Armors and Shields are allowed to have up to +5 or -5 to their standard power level values to resemble equipment BtH lean standards, which translates specifically to a lean between MRM and Resistance for these two types of equipment.
Equipment cannot exchange all BtH or MRM as a majority of it is a component of equipment's level scaling power, standards are only able to use a portion that is relevant to the values of the opponent, for example Lv 500 Nightbane would have BtH in the hundreds due to scaling to that level, yet accuracy's max effectiveness is 100%.
If Nightbane exchanges -100 BtH which according to balance standards should result in no hits connected, it would still have more than sufficient BtH to land a hit on the player, it would receive massive compensation due to exchanging all its theoretical BtH, and the result would be imbalance.

Divine Yata Mirror MRM lean for less Resist, flat MRM
Chimeran Vindicator Shield standard -2 to Ranged/Magic to boost Melee
Hydro Blaze Shield standard with intended flat MRM, but isn't due to insufficient points
Sinmaw's Guile Resist lean for less MRM with intended flat MRM, but isn't due to insufficient points
Father Time Resist lean for less MRM, -5 to Ranged to boost Melee/Magic
Fireworks Buckler Resist lean for less MRM, -2 to Melee/Magic to boost Ranged

Thanks! I was just thinking of a shield that has 0 Melee and Ranged defense with all the points allocated towards Magic blocking but that can't really happen. I guess the closest would be to have -5 to both Melee and Ranged for +5 to Magic? So for a standard -25% shield assuming +16 MRM --> +11 M/R and +21 Magic?

For clarification the +5 to -5 cap applies to per Melee/Ranged/Magic blocking type, one type cannot be boosted to +10 from two -5.
As an early notice, from the history of released shield designs, there has never been a Lv 150G shield that has less than 8 and more than 18 blocking, which points to the median likely being 13, this excludes bonuses namely Fallen King's Guard having +6 to Melee as an MC for a total of 20 to one type.

In posting equipment suggestions, its ideal to not select a certain level tier to apply the design to, if one is not absolutely certain about balance standards, stating 'max' or 'min', which in this case would be +5 or -5 to equipment standard is sufficient to deliver one's design intact across to Devs and avoids unexpected subjective adjustment that may not be as close to one's intentions as possible with respect to balance standards.

To attain +21 to Magic you could have the MC be spent on blocking, whether it is+3 MRM, +4 to two types or +6 to one type, it is possible to have half MC to one type for +3 Magic and the 2.5% melee be used for another effect.
An alternative is to apply an increased damage lean like Titan's Fall or BtH lean like Shield of Agony's Blood to achieve the same results.
