(Pop-up: 'You will obey. You will withstand the storm. I shall have it, or you shall suffer!')
- Wish of Eternity: Tibicenas applies 'Wish of Eternity: Preservation' to himself for 2 turns; applies 'Preserved for Eternity' (-30 Bonus) to target for 2 turns. (Pop-up: 'Time. Eternity to enact my will. I shall have it, or you shall suffer!')
- Wish of Vengeance: Tibicenas applies 'Wish of Vengeance: Getting Even' or 'Wish of Vengeance: Odd Circumstances' to himself for 2 turns; applies 'Vengeful Mood' (+10% Boost, -40 Bonus) to target for 2 turns. (Pop-up: 'Vengeance against those who abandoned me! I shall have it, or you shall suffer!')

Attack Type 5 - Tibicenas channels his power before glowing his claw red and unleashing a massive pillar of energy for 1 hit of 0% (with 100% stat damage) Magic ??? damage, with +1,000 Bonus; this attack will set his target's HP to 1; recovers equal to 50% of his target's maximum HP. . (Pop-up: 'Driven to this... Soon... soon it will end...')
Other information
While fighting Tibicenas, the player must fulfill one of three wishes granted by Tibicenas on Attack Type 1 in order to satisfy him once any of his 'Wish' effects expires:- Wish of Control: The player's HP must be less than or equal to their HP after use of Attack Type 1.
- Wish of Eternity: The player's HP must be greater than or equal to their HP after use of Attack Type 1.
- Wish of Vengeance: The player must have an odd or even number of statues on themselves depending on 'Wish of Vengeance: Odd Circumstances' or 'Wish of Vengeance: Getting Even' after use of Attack Type 1.
- If successful, Tibicenas automatically applies 'Complacent' (-10 All Resist, -100 Melee/Pierce/Magic Avoidance) to himself for 3 turns.
- Failure to do will cause Tibicenas to use Attack Type 4.
If Tibicenas falls below 60% of his maximum HP, he will set his remaining HP to the closest higher threshold value and becomes impervious to all damage for the remainder of the turn and enable the use of Attack Type 5 on his next turn before resetting his rotation. (Pop-up: 'Hmph.')
Upon using Attack Type 5, Tibicenas' claw will glow red for the rest of the battle and applies 'Rage and Fury' (+30% Boost, +120 Crit, +60 Bonus) to himself for 3 turns and is reapplied for every turn Tibicenas' claw glows red.
Tibicenas uses a skill rotation; Attack Type 1 -> Attack Type 2 -> Attack Type 3 -> Attack Type 2 -> Attack Type 3 -> Repeat., and will pause or reset this rotation to use Attack Types 4 and 5 a single time if one of the following conditions as been met:- Attack Type 4 is used if the player has not fulfilled Tibicenas' wish that was applied on Attack Type 1; Tibicenas will resume his rotation afterwards.
- Attack Type 5 is used if Tibicenas falls below 60% of his maximum HP; Tibicenas will reset his rotation afterwards.
