What's a good pet for MP healing? Is there one that's good with 0-CHA?

Fairy Godmother is probably your best bet. Although you can consider Scathing Dreamseer, which is a fire pet with a MP/SP heal toggle with the effect: When your MP/SP is above 50%, the pet deals +5% damage, and when your MP/SP is below 50%, the pet deals half damage and then heals MP/SP for 55% of normal pet damage (20% melee + MC).
