It's not here yet. We'll have to finish the war first and then the painting will be there at the end of the Delivery War. In addition We'll also get acceess to paintings of years last in the LTS back to 2017 (with potential plans back to 2014). Luckily this war is actually going pretty fast for a Frostval war (we're around 70% finished as of this post) so you can look forward to getting it soon.
