I finished a battle and it said I got 1000 Z-tokens on a character but I still had 0 tokens (had transferred it a few weeks back to the shared vault). Has anyone else experienced this?

Mess around in a shop/relog and it should update.

You can also check your tokens in the "Manage Account" page. It's more accurate there, received tokens are immediately reflected unlike in the actual game's display
