Saved from dying trigger need 5 turns cooldown that start from the second saved from dying trigger (within one battle). Adventure Quest need to avoid a situation where character can be Saved from dying very often in one hard battle.

Invincible Star treatment is one possible way to balance Saved from dying trigger.

List of skills that use Saved from dying
Shadow Phoenix shield
Deathwalker (Necromancer Class)
Defiance (Paladin Class)
Male / Female Asgir Warrior
Ice Fall
Revenant

IDK that this is a huge issue, since in most cases when resurrected you're essentially about to die again. Even Deathwalker is a glass cannon and you need to ensure you have MP and SP to get out of that jam, mostly SP as you MP is your HP with 1.5X damage to you.

If you were being replenished huge amounts of HP/MP/SP upon resurrection I could see this, but I don't think most people are re-dying multiple times and then winning.

Shadow Phoenix, Defiance and Deathwalker all effectively have this already built into them as it will take at least 4 turns of boosted charging to even have enough charges to be able to safely "die" again, all charges are consumed regardless of how many you actually have as long as the minimum is met.

Revenant is being considered for a set of changes, the revival mechanic in particular is being thought to become like shadow phoenix/defiance. (Via Cray on Discord)

The other two examples are just immensely old items and have many other issues with them that need to be addressed.
