Compression items are those that toggle between elements like Grenwog Rider from GGB, having two or more simultaneous elements of the same resistance value are known dual/tri/quad element.
As observed in Optimization Academy of Lore: Armors under Multielement, the tag for an Ice/Dark dual element armor is .48, and there are none available for any Armor lean except for the rare Frostval Mercenary in the linked character's inventory, however .37 is Wind/Light with Golden Horror as the only option.
