May I ask if these were nerfed I tried to restore SP using these items and I only recover small amount of sp compare to the last year i used this.

I have the shield and the sword equipped

The dragonlord weapons were fundamentally bugged and were fixed relatively recently (in the past few months). They were bugged on release and remained as such until they were fixed.

Note: Bug Fix =/= Nerf.

Yeah they are working as intended right now. They were too OP with their old values and have been fixed.
