Would Griffin Rider work like Bloodzerker armors with Terror Eater? I know Bloodzerker armors double the power of Terror Eater skills, but does Griffin Rider do that as well? Or does Griffin Rider's elecomp only effect normal attacks?

Element Locked modes only affect normal attacks, so it shouldn’t work.

Eh... I guess hoping it applies to weapon skills like the bloodzerker armors is too much to hope for huh? It's a shame. If it applied, I'd have basically full elemental coverage with Terror eater (excepting void/harm and Ice).
BTW, is there a way to get Armour of Frostval Past now? Is it possible to do a previous Frostval mission or something to get it, or was it a giftbox armor?

Iirc, Tearror Eating does work with Bloodzerker toggles. At least it did the last time I tried it out, though that might've been fixed since.

Armor of Frostval Past was a giftbox armor, so it's perma-rare. If you missed that year, there's no more way to get it.
