Doing the quest for the lord of order.
For some reason, I'm not able to get the key to drop. I've got the rest of the items needed for the quest, but this one... Idk. Its just not dropping at all.

I'm thinking it cant all be my luck, since I've been at this for more than 3 weeks, and I've got other itmes more easily.
Is this a bug?
And how do you clear your cache in the Launcher?

Good evening, Roxas, terribly sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Steadfast Will quest – hopefully we can get this sorted quickly so you can progress further toward your goal. Firstly, be sure that you have the Steadfast Will quest accepted prior to defeating the giant necklace. Secondly, I would personally recommend you enable the Custom Drops UI in your game settings as to ensure you haven't accidentally missed the drop. Lastly, you may clear your game launcher's cache by first opening the Artix Game Launcher, then you will need to locate the cog icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the window, once you've located the icon, click on it and select "Clear Cache". Hello Phosphor.
Thank you for the help. I regret that the issue is not yet resolved.
Maybe it really is my terrible luck.

I've cleared the cache, and I've made sure that the UI drops are enabled as you suggested. I have the quest active as well.
Its showing the other drops (in the same room even), but not Andre's necklace fragment. :/
