Hi, welcome back!
The most updated wiki can be found here though there may be a few pages that are outdated. I make videos on the game and I have a playlist of guides here as well. Keep in mind that all guides and wikis are opinionated in some form so best to seek different opinions and do your own testing for something that you really enjoy.
Stats are in the midst of getting a revamp so people are probably waiting on that before making an updated one. An important thing to note however is that DEX is no longer used for accuracy unless you're a Ranger so you can untrain that and put it in a secondary stat if you're not playing a Ranger build.
