Hmm so the ReignDragon was possibly created by someone or something. I do wonder now if potentially then if one of the frost moglins, possibly one we don't know, may have created the Reigndragon either on purpose or by accident. After all, Chilly was able to bring the Snowfang to life via hug magic albeit through an act of unintentionally giving sentience to an inanimate object and not straight up creating an entirely new being.

With that in mind however, I do ponder if by some chance the moglins may have, accidently, collectively willed the ReignDragon into existence, perhaps a hidden subtly of hug magic, at some point in time much in the same way they sort of played a role in the Coalepti creatures becoming a reality a little while back.

If not one of the Frost Moglins or potentially somehow all of them by accident then we might have a new or old villian to deal with in regards to Frostval next year.
