Your previous level 137 guardian Returning, lists Armors/Shields/Miscs that are applicable still. The most significant issue that persists from the past few times is affordability, the character has only 21 million gold, will require farming either Lv 140 Am-Boss or Estate's House Guard Farming: Mighty Shadow Gogg.
