Heroic Titan Magic weapons now give +25% Melee boost to spells of their element, since you're giving up block rate, not weapon damage. The Prismatic Burn the Magic weapon passively inflicts is also now at 75% of its initial value, since I forgot to have the 75% Magic weapon penalty for that.

Turns out I derped the Burn values on the Legion Monsterlord stuff, so all of their Burns got halved. I had also not done a /0.5 for the save on the misc item's EleVuln, so instead I gave it a /0.7 and it gets a -20 to the save on the Vuln now.

The Magic Legon Monsterlord weapon now charges 100% Melee in SP and inflicts a 25% Melee per turn Burn instead of 50%. Also fixed the Legion Monsterlord armour not remembering to zero out the counter for pet/guest hits at start of turn, so it should properly apply Burns again.

Surtr's Promise was accidentally using 100% Melee base for the Bleed instead of 50% Melee base, that's now been fixed. Initially I'd intended to have 50% saves on the effects, so I was mentally doubling their total value to 300/100/100% Melee for Burn/Poison/Bleed, but when adjusting the statii to a -20 penalty save I forgot to undo that little bit in my brain for the Bleed specifically for some weird reason!

Fixed the Mechwog Sapper not actually causing Ice spells to inflict Burn when toggled on. Also added Prismatic Burn to valid trigger conditions for the boosted block rate when the Mechwog Shell shield is activated.

- Mage Class: Fixed Arcane Disorientation to properly consume 20% SP, not 25%.
- Mage Class: forgot a /1.4 mod on Ablative Ward
- Fixed the popup on Spotter Drake, which was also missing a /1.4
- Fixed issues with forgetting to roll out files with the latest release ^^;
- Arcane Rift Key: Added bubblewrap so that the Burn'll be the proper level.
- Fixed a bug where Fragile wasn't deducting HP properly.

-- Weapon deals /1.08 damage. 20% chance of the weapon doing x14/9 multiplicative and -5/14 additive damage; apply Burn (power:2.78, 2 turns, Void) and Panic (-46.7% damage).
-- Weapon takes -10% damage. Spells inflict Burn (power:2.85, 3 turns, follows wepaon element) or Panic (-35.9% damage) or both at half power.

Numbers for nerds:
- You do /1.08 damage, or -8/108 Magic = -6/108 Melee. Over 4 turns, that's 24/108 = 2/9 Melee added to the spell, bringing it from 200% Melee to [200 + 2/9]% Melee. Apply it only 20% of the time, so we have 10/9 Melee to work with.
-- Half goes to the Burn: power 50/9 / [duration = 2] / [save = 0.5] / [Void mod = 2]
-- Half goes to the Panic: damage reduced by 5/9 / [Melee->monster = 1.4] / [save = 0.5] / [expected duration = 2] / [accuracy = 0.85]
- The weapon attack takes -10% damage; with the above this is only 10/108. +5% from MC brings it up to 15.4/108 Magic = 11.25/108 Melee. Four weapon attacks per spell mean we have 46.2/108 to work with.
-- Burn: power 462/108 / [duration = 3] / [save = 0.5] ~= 2.85
-- Panic: damage reduced by 46.2/108 / [Melee->monster = 1.4] / [save = 0.5] / [exp. duration = 2] / [accuracy = 0.85] ~= 0.359

    Devourer Saga quest hub: Fixed an error where the first four buttons on part 2 page 2 had incorrect text and led to the wrong quests. You'll need to exit the game and refresh cache to get the updates.

    Balance: Prismatic Stormward's PrisBurn reduced from 0.341 to 0.318.

    ETA: Changed stat scaling from no effect at 0 END to half effect (power:0.159) at 0 END, so that it works the same way as older effects like Fae-Touched Knightly Ward.

    Updated the Ultraviolent Light and Fireworks spells to properly use the new Dazzle.
    - The mob now gets the chance to shrug off Dazzle at the end of its turn, so instead of these spells auto-inflicting Dazzle and the mob making a save before it acts, now there's a proper save to inflict it. The end result should be the same.
    - Fixed a bug with Ultraviolent Light where its save bonuses were flipped.

    Update to Chaos Slayer Cleric: This armour is no longer an FO armour and now has Spellcaster Lean.

    We've also updated the toggle to more modern standards, with it no longer scaling off damage dealt and instead using *[hits connected] / [hits attempted].

    Fixed Chaotic Lacerta Staff doing double Poison damage from what it should've been. Correct values are 12.5% Melee normally and (18.75 x 132 / 109)% while the toggle is on.

    Fixed the Frostfang Dormius Blade and the called guest from it having double intended Burn values. Weapon has been halved to 2 turn Burn duration, while the guest has had its Power halved to 11.25% Melee Burn.
