I know they usually release a new one each October along with a Predatory Vampire Form variant. I just came back after not playing since 2006 so I haven't had a chance to see them all (I hope they release one this year!). The Encyclopedia only lists like 3 but I've also seen a hurricane and ethereal variant.

Midnight (Earth)
Ethereal (Light)
Shattered (Ice)
Hurricane (Wind)
Franken (Energy)

I can't find pictures for the ones that aren't in the Encyclopedia.

I was able to find pics of them all. I hope one day they make a version that is white and gray like the White Howler advanced werewolf form. That would be awesome. Lol l
