I'm trying to find where melee percentages regarding equipment/skills/spells are explicitly mentioned and explained but have been unsuccessful so far.

Any help?

These don't exist in any official capacity. This is something I've often wondered if it would be a good idea to post or place official melee values and on top, what types of considerations are used for all the balancing. The issue is it may be so many things that the post itself is time-consuming. Staff seem limited with time.

Maybe someone out there already has a spreadsheet or unofficial document they could share?
