This has been a bit of a discussion...the value of increased LS rates Some claim that a lucky strike is valued at 150% melee. Not sure if that's accurate, but if it is then for every 10% added you add 150% melee to the total damage in 10 turns. Here, increasing it to 40% (+30) means +450% melee, divided by 10 turns is 45%/turn. So is this paying 20% melee (15 via HP and 5 via MC) for +45% damage overall? However, I have also heard that +1% change in chance = 1% melee like you said. So this is part of the discussion. And is base rate changes valued the same as hypercrit changes?
