Other information
The Protus Symbiote begins the battle with 'Sturdy Form' (+200 STR, +100 Bonus, -400 Crit, +30% Damage Reduction) permanently applied to itself. The Protus Symbiote will switch between it and another permanent effect called 'Swift Form' (+200 DEX/INT, +50 Crit, +30% Boost) upon using Attack Types 5 and 10 respectively.
Each time the Protus Symbiote is damaged by a direct attack, the Protus Symbiote applies 'Protean Adaptation' (+1Y Resist to attack's element, excluding Curse element) to itself for 3 turns inclusive, where Y is equal to the number of times the Protus Symbiote was damaged to a specific element.
If the Protus Symbiote is damaged by a direct attack while there are less than 4 alive Proteans, it will revive a Protean equal to 100% of the Protus Symbiote's maximum HP (affected by Health Resist) and applies 'Fission' (+30Z Melee/Pierce/Magic Avoidance) to itself for 4 turns inclusive, where Z is equal to the number of times the Protus Symbiote is damaged by a direct attack that revives a Protean.- If 'Fission' was applied by the Protus Symbiote's revivals of Proteans via Attack Types 5 and 10, 'Fission' gains 4 stacks, which is equal to +120 Melee/Pierce/Magic Avoidance.
The Protus Symbiote follows the skill rotations, dependent on 'Sturdy Form' and 'Swift Form' effects.- Sturdy Form: Attack Type 1 -> Attack Type 2 -> Attack Type 3 -> Attack Type 4 -> Attack Type 5 -> Transition to Swift Form rotation.
- Swift Form: Attack Type 6 -> Attack Type 7 -> Attack Type 8 -> Attack Type 9 -> Attack Type 10 -> Transition to Sturdy Form rotation.
