Looking at the trigger guide, but it seems to be out of date. What are the best trigger items in game, does not matter if it is a weapon, misc, pet, spell, or anything else. Nor what it triggers against, dragons, undead, werepyres, etc... What are the best trigger items in game?

Dragons: Dragon Blade for Guardians. If not, the Peta Dragon Buster
Undead: The Paladin armor 100%. Tarnished Caliburn I think is good too.
Vampire/Werepyre/Dracopyre: Paladin armor (they trigger as Undead)
BURPs: BURP Slayer
