I know you are a ranger but are you 100proc? Bow user or spear? For Light bow burn there's Ashland piercer from the Last Ride, the Summit quest. There's Rainbow's End, a common GGB 0 proc spear alternatively. For wind, I'm less sure - there's Neo Airenal's Cunning but this is a real money package so I can't overly recommend it. There's a seasonal Famine rapier from Harvest Fest 2020, which has an attached SP burn skill.
For pets, Energy - Thunder lords ravens is a strong seasonal frostval one, Moglotron is Earth but is a Rare(I think?) GGB, Communicant's Oath and Dogzilla pet do Light, Finnona does water and is strong (Rare GGB). You can also make a custom zard do burn but it'll be a bit outdated I think.
