The Dark Caster toggle will work along side the weapon toggle as two individual poisons but you are only given the option of the dark burn on the weapon as a caster. Even if you swap it to melee mode the mp, and hp harm will be two statuses so one will not effect the other. As for Fiend I would expect it's poison skill would work alongside the weapon's toggle with the armor passive just flat out giving the poison damage a boost for it's other main effect. Granted depending on the mob the weapon might default to a harm poison instead of feeding into the dark one with Fiend so I'd be aware of that.
