Hit chance too low (Full Version)

I've returned to the game to find my character has not aged well.

Surely he has arthritis and severe back problems, because he is no longer able to hit anything.

Tried switching to 200STR/DEX/ rest LUK, did not seem to help my chances to hit.
Bought the melee bonus pet from Warlic's masterclass quest in the north wing. Did not seem to help.

I looked for items or spells that increase BTH.

At this point I'm thinking my character is either bugged or my clan or race is decreasing my hit rate.

If any vets know anything, please let me know

Blade of Awe/ Uragiri / Academy Blade
Mighty Armor of Awe
UltraGuardian Shield

Hit chance isn't affected by clan or subrace. Just stats and gear and whatever you're fighting. If you're lower than the target you'll hit less often.

You can get level appropriate gear to help or look at autohit items. It'd help to see a character page too.

Dex also isn't tied to accuracy of melee or magical attacks anymore that is all handled via main stat now. There is a Ring of Precision item in Robina's shop to help with BTH although it will lower your damage.
