can anyone tell me what is the requirement to become a Werepyre?

Level 5 in the other two subraces. This is available info in game if you go to the location for werepyre. So get that then do Wolfwing's quests.

But the other two subraces are not accessible if you go to one subrace, you can't go to the other one.

You have to become Human again before changing subraces. Travel Map > Darkovia Forest > The Cure
