Zardnado can be farmed very effectively with the right setup, but if you don't get much gold from it, it sounds like you probably don't have the level 150 version, so it probably isn't worth your time. You will want to farm the Mighty Shadow Gogg, I agree. I personally don't recommend dodgelash or backlash, as they take longer (relatively) than offensive methods, because they allow the gogg to attack, and because it can repeat turns, this adds a lot of time over the course of many kills. If you use the H Series armor (+105 initiative), 250 STR, 250 LUK, and 250 INT or DEX (this INT or DEX is to boost your initiative), you will win initiative ~90% of the time, saving you lots of time where the gogg won't attack because you kill it first turn. For actually dealing damage, Ironthorn Shield, Angra Linnorm pet and Essence of Carnage guest if you have them, and your highest base attack damage boosting weapon you have (a bloodblade works, magnablade works 95% of the time, Uragiri (common GGB) works). Make sure H Series overdrive is toggled on, and basic attack twice. This should net you reliable kills and almost reliable initiative. If you have completed lucretia's potions, you should buy her initiative potion each login (400k at max level, but means you will never fail a kill, very worth it IMO) If you're worried about stat training costing money and retraining to those stats for gold farming, a max level guardian earns ~100M per day, and stat retraining twice costs 4.2M. It's very much worth it to me to save the IRL time for a better method personally, although if you'd rather save an extra 4M per day, that's valid. Please let me know if I didn't explain something clearly enough, or if there's other information you need.
