battlesiege15 -> 100% of Burn (11/9/2024 18:32:52)
What does that equate to in terms of actual status? Is it 10.0 Burn power?
CH4OT1C! -> RE: 100% of Burn (11/9/2024 19:17:07)
A burn is worth [Power]*10*[Duration]% Melee. So a 2-turn Power 5 Burn is worth 5*10*2 = 100% Melee (This also works for Poisons. If it's a siphon i.e. heals based on the damage dealt, double the value again). Working backwards, a Power 10 Burn for 1 turn would be worth 100% Melee.

Thanks! That helps a lot. It just gets a little confusing with Bleed, Poison, Burns having different values (I think).

Poisons and burns are the same as one another. Turns = 10% melee each. Power 1 = 10% melee. Just add these. For siphon poisons, the power is split between damage and heal. Ultimately it's the same valuation as regular poisons.
Bleeds are more powerful. 1 power for burns/poisons are 10% melee where 1 power bleed is 100%. However, I think bleed melee % valuation takes into account it's save since it's a per turn save so the 100% at power one is an average
CH4OT1C! -> RE: 100% of Burn (11/10/2024 17:09:40)
^ Correct - Bleed is [Power]*100*(1 / [Save] – 1)% Melee, so a Power 1 Bleed with a 50% (+0) Save Bonus is worth 1*100*(1/0.5-1) = 100% Melee.
I discuss the values of each status effect here, for future reference.
