Thread to be updated when (if) I think of other suggestions.

General Suggestions
  • Buff Hydro Blaze Shield from -25 Water/Fire to -26 Water/Fire
  • Change Horn of Tera'Suul and Frost Wyrm Tera'Suul to be like Akriloth's Hatred
  • Buff the EleVuln on Deatharrows Pet (and its elemental variants), Model 294, and Sabretooth Grenwog to the same numbers as Adept/Skilled/Evolved/Developed Protean's EleVuln.
  • Give Drakath Fiend Blade a Ranged toggle.

    Necragon's Guise
    MC FO Darkness Armor with Earth secondary.

    Level 150 Stats:
    Combat Defenses: 45 MRM

    Elemental Modifiers (Same as Chaosborn Agent):
    Fire: 81%
    Water: 81%
    Wind: 91%
    Ice: 81%
    Earth: 42%
    Energy: 81%
    Light: 91%
    Darkness: 39%

    Comes with three skills:
  • Lean Toggle: Once per battle, swaps armor lean between FO and SC
  • Necro Spikes: Dark weapon-based skill (SP) or Spell (MP), depending on armor lean. 3 or 6 hits (Necragon boss has 3 hits despite having the same animation). Cost and damage follow weapon damage type. EleComp reduces weapon-based skill's SP cost when in FO; increases spell damage when in SC. EleComp at level 150 is x1.76216.
  • Amplify Minion: Quickcast skill that costs costs 75% melee, split between SP and HP, to give you a 3 turn EleEmpower to all elements.

    Necragon's Might
    MC Darkness Axe/Bow. Melee/Ranged/Magic Toggle. Weapon pays MC bonus and 20% weapon damage to attempt either of the following:
  • +(EleVulnValue x Hits/Attempts)% Darkness EleVuln, where EleVulnValue is 40.58 for Melee/Ranged and 32.27 for Magic (Same numbers as the Nutcracker weapons)
  • -(29.76 x MobDarkRes x Hits/Attempts)% Panic (Same numbers as Olympax Pulverizer)
  • FSB increases the EleVuln/Panic numbers

    MC FO Fire/Energy Armor. Flavor effect has it pay MRM for +105 Initiative. Comes with two skills:
  • Shock Copter: 4-hit Energy weapon based skill. Follows weapon damage type. EleComp reduces SP cost.
  • Pyro Tanks: 4-hit Fire weapon based skill. Follows weapon damage type. EleComp reduces SP cost.

    MC Ice Set. Has a weapon, armor, and shield.

    Tera'Suul's Drive
    MC Melee/Ranged/Magic 0-proc Ice Sword/Scythe/Staff. Flavor effect reduces MRM to deal +10% damage. Comes with the following toggle:
  • Pays 25% weapon damage and 25% SP to attempt a Power 2.5 Ice Burn for 2 turns each hit, capped at 4 hits per turn.
  • While the toggle is active, sacrifices the 0-proc bonus for each burn attempt to have a chance to increase burn power.
  • Burn is affected by Ranged Lean damage modifier for the Ranged weapon.

    Hand of Tera'Suul
    MC FO Ice Armor with no secondary resistances.

    Level 150 Stats:
    Combat Defenses: 48 MRM

    Elemental Modifiers (Same as Light Realm Champion but adjusted to follow elemental wheel):
    Fire: 95%
    Water: 48%
    Wind: 48%
    Ice: 39%
    Earth: 87%
    Energy: 87%
    Light: 71%
    Darkness: 71%

    Comes with two skills:
  • Swordcicle: 3-hit Ice Weapon-based skill. Follows weapon damage type. EleComp reduces skill cost. Consumes up to 400% Melee worth of Burn to increase damage dealt by up to +200%.
  • Wrath of the Ice Realm: 3-hit Ice Spell-Type Skill. Follows weapon damage type. EleComp increases skill damage. Sacrifices 75% of its total damage (150% Melee x EleComp) to inflict a permanent (29.95 x EleComp x Hits / 3)% melee Ice Burn (similar to Warmaster Dragon Rider's Breath of War). At level 150, EleComp is x1.86326.

    FSB: When used with the weapon and shield, Ice burn from Wrath of the Ice Realm is increased.

    Tera'Suul's Scales
    MC Ice Shield. No secondary resistance. Comes with a Quickcast skill that consumes up to 100% melee worth of Burn to give you a 2-turn +37.5% Player EleEmpower and +10.625 BTH. 1 turn cooldown. At level 150, gives -26 to Ice.
