Pure INT characters are expected to generate 60 charges not 80 charges while character use Wildgrace skip turn function. Magic weapon expected attack power is 75 % melee.

How to fix Wildgrace skip turn function
Character can skip character turn to generate 80 charges if one of the following is true:
Character STR value is at least 75 % of expected character STR value or character DEX value is at least 75 % of expected character DEX value

Otherwise character can skip character turn to generate 60 charges.

The same sort of funky thing happens with Exalted Unity, I imagine another way to fix it could be for the weapon to generate 60 charges and then up to 20 more if your STR or DEX are trained (for example 20*Max[STR, DEX]/Expected to a limit of +20 charges).
