Starting this Thursday, you can randomly encounter the Stoneheart Sentinel in your quests across the lands of Lore. Defeat this rare beast to unlock a special shop and claim your reward! Always been a great game, and has only gotten better over the many years. Been playing for 20 years (2006) and the fact that I'm still here shows how well the game holds up. I will always support one of the old bastions of heartfelt, passionate game development.

Regarding the event itself, how rare is the Sentinel spawn? I assume it can be found via the "Battle Monsters" mountains, but I've been running from monsters for 2 straight hours with no luck. Am I just unlucky, or is the spawn intended to be hyper-rare so that only a handful of players actually encounter the thing all month?

Took a few tries fighting Geoto in Paxia. Might be best location.

This game has its ups and downs. Still thankful it exists as a decent distraction when needed. 23 years is certainly long. Hope it has more.

Could we have Opal and Topaz Packages? also is there a reason why Topaz is similar to Blood Ruby?

Mind if I also ask with regards to the Stoneheart Sentinel weapons, why is the Scythe made to be Melee and the Sword made to be Magic and not the other way around?

Weird choice to make the scythe melee and the sword magic, pretty sure that should be swapped. Honestly I hope there are ways to make spiritual seed better, in my eyes its a pretty cool mechanic but it kinda falls short when I use it in battle. In any case though, glad to see AQ still trucking on, will always love this game

23 years! Congrats! No small feat that the game is still kicking after all this time.


On the items - I like that the sword is magic, that's cool. Very intriguing to see Spirit seed comeback, and fun/cool boss.

and on what Yozai said, light makes way more sense given the ruby clones were also energy no?

I feel like the scythe should be a non-100proc Ranged weapon and have the Melee weapon to be a sword as well.

Could we please get a house guard version of the Stoneheart Sentinel, like we did for Copperclad Storm Owl, so we can continue to share its treasures around? :)

Amazing release, although the fight against the wild version of the Sentinel gave me quite the fright. I figured the character I sent after it would make short work of it, but instead it nearly made very short work of her, so she ended up fighting much more defensively than originally planned! XD

Also, happy anniversary AQ and staff. May these 23 years be just the beginning of what's to come!

My first ever AE game that I play and still playing it from time to time.Lorekeeper has been a great asset for my interest in AQ lore and I hope he keeps on churning more and more epic storyline for years to come.God bless AQ team and thank you for the amazing journey all these year.

On a side note,is there a possibillity even if it was tiny that Frostval 2011 painting could be release?Just asking cause I've been missing my chillax crusader.My younger self sell it cause of my lack of Ztoken to buy inv space.Or just rerelease the armor alone and that would be fine by me :3

The weapons are ice. One for each attack style and each have an effect of inflicting an ice spirit seed. Additionally there's a pet/guest earth damage booster and a painting. Unsure of details on the followers. Those are token.
