Cant find anything saying its seasonal. and its companions like luminous whiff are still there. is it a perma rare now? edit: Super baller staff for bringing it back!

Should be seasonal, if devs remember about it. My guess is that they forgot it wasn't part of the Dage's ggb event last year (it's actually part of the crossover batch iirc) and made it leave along with all the other actual Dage ggb stuff.
