No need to lump our sector of the Forums as AQ's wherein the only non-GD/Q&A thread active is the Info Submission. For those that have 100% acquisition rate:
Outpost Yeden - zone of Book 3's final arc (Covergence). You'll either do your choice of two lengthy but not brutal quests, or a short (like, Golden Cabit Hunt short in terms of monster count) but can be annoying to deal with for non-Ninjas.
The Endless Invasion - You purchase one DM every 5 Tog Invader you kill for just 10 Gold, but fights slowly but surely escalate in difficulty. Unless you want to shell out 20k Gold to reset the difficulty, the above will be the best option.
For RNG drops that have reasonable rates, sequenced in how near they towards the end of Book 3:
Tyndur's Depth's Gauntlet Quests
Proclamation arc pseudo-war waves
Waves at the Reimagined/Revisited wars at Atrea (the Book 2 main hub)
Even then, with the already evened out tactical options provided by Reimagined story classes, Inn items that were previously perceived to be alternatives to DM accessories can now be a bit easier to acquiesce (e.g. DeathKnight with full Relics can counter Dominion of Dreams to give you still-useful Rings and Necklaces, the latter of which you'll replace with Chaos Amulet later on if you're strong enough). Only the DM belt remains to have a proper Inn equivalent as Paper Coil has mostly lower stats due to being an all-rounder stat/resist combination.
Note: Simulation of Kathool on DoD can turn slightly sloggy due to it having moderate resistances to DeathKnight Blade's elements, so you may want to get Sea Chicken's Conquest if you haven't already if you want a serviceable Inn weapon featuring the +10 All/-20 Health resist configuration.
