hi, why this monster wyrmhide dracowolf so hard to kill? is this new monster? any suggestion to defeat it?

It's not really so different from the others. Use water defense gear and just attack. And use potions if you need to.

I assume he means any gear that focuses on water defense. From looking at your inventory you have Human Fisher and Hydro Blaze shield, which can be toggled to water. Shachihoko Jaw can also be used to reduce water damage.

for time being, the gear he mention not realy help, the monster got upt to 5 buff and most of my attack always miss due to one of the buff that monster got

This wasn't intended to be a challenge. Water gear, ideally energy weapon and should be free. I did have the additional help of chromatic poison siphon active and used an occasional fragile effect.

Maybe consider a temporary build change to a tank. I don't personally care for endurance but could help you. An autohit weapon might be good too.

I did it without water-resistant gear. I used SFP + ToC to spam celerity and SP barriers. Then used Obsidian Cloak for slow resource drain. Did the trick eventually.

The monster doesn't have any buff that decreases the player's accuracy. It applies Berserk to itself, which decreases its own accuracy for more damage.

i see that berserk not give buff to player but the celerity effect up to 9999 rounds which is some time make the monster attack not miss so much(due to extra move).

Even with celerity on the npc, you should be in the proper elemental gear to defend against the attacks. Your water % should be 15 or lower then with a reduction misc for the element you should not struggle.

Mentioned here is a reasonable loadout:

So either your gear is bad or your stats are. Fix either.
