well i used photoshop cs i think it will work on ps 7 and ps cs2 don't know bout any other program and nice try daehock

the "rotation" technique. does this method work on GIMP? if so, how do you duplicate ur renders, layers and "liquify" it?

No offense, but I really don't like the final result. All it is really is a duplicated layer with the effect wind on it. In your sig you can obviously see Tifa's face in the bottom left, and I don't like the font on your text, looks like something from a typewriter
