This is my 1st tut...well here goes:
STEP 1
Get a Buddy Kit
Step 2
Copy & Paste the kit onto paint, then take the armor and weapons you want to use and delete the rest:

Step 3
Now select this button:

And select the head:

Step 4
Now bring the head onto the circle above the body:

Then bring all the other parts to the body:

The shield is tricky to put on, select the body and move it onto the shield until it fits in the right place:
