1. Clear your cache first. If your issue can be solved by this I will brood at you if you post it here. Then try and duplicate it. If you can't chances are we can't either.
2. If you've done both of the above:
- If a Glitch is Graphical -> Put it in the Graphics Thread. (A miscoloured dot, a misplaced image etc)
- If a Glitch is with spelling, grammar or another simply but non-game effecting defect in the use of the English Language -> Put it in the Typo's thread. (Note: Ebil is not a typo, and please check a dictionary before posting)
- If a Glitch is with a Quest or Class Title -> Put it in the Quests thread.
- If a Glitch is with a specific item -> Put it in the items thread.
- If a glitch that only guardians can encounter (that don't go in one of the other threads) eg Guardian Tower not loading properly or not being able to login as a guardian but can as an adventurer. -> Guardian Glitches.
- If a Glitch is preventing you logging in or resulting in something being run with your character on login (missing items and gold etc, should not be reported here unless someone has told you too, they are more usually signs of hacking and should be reported via www.battleon.com/help) -> Login Glitches.
- If a Glitch occurs only with a specific monster or set of monsters -> Monster Glitches.
- If a Glitch occurs when buying or selling items from a shop -> Shop Glitch (Please remember that if you fail to recieve an item and get a database connection error, thats not a bug, its a fallback, if you login and out you'll find one of the following, either you have the item or you have the gold).
- If the Glitch fits into none of the above then chances are good its a Game Engine bug (eg Pack weirdness, damage being miscalculated) -> Game Engine Bugs.
And yes, the above list should be gone through in order.
