Bio: Ruisha is carrying on the family tradition of running Gibet's Pub, started by the long since dead great-grandfather, Brutus Gibet. She has gone missing ever since the Sea Fiend's attacks, but returned after Lolosia was rebuilt and is now back in her pub.
Function: Ruisha is always available to chat with the patrons of the pub. Her drinks can revitalize you and make you feel as good as new.
