Instead of arguing about a rule that is not even out yet, why don't you wait and see. Metal is working on the rule, and I'm sure he will post it once it is done. And if you are wondering why this rule is coming about it is because some people are drawing way to close to the line of ripping (which if you did not know, is a bannable offense). This is now locked. If a discussion is needed on this coming up rule, it will happen when the rule is out.
