A few observations:
Truth has asked us to "seek" things several times. Is he always talking about the same thing? Are they just codenames for the same object or person?
He has also mentioned "reversing" a couple times, and has posted several pictures that have had the colors inverted. What does this mean?

If we assume they are all the same thing, then we are supposed to seek a relic that is also sometimes called "755," or "Trinity." Could this have something to do with the triquetra design? Are we supposed to find four of them? Conversely, if they mean different things, then what do 755 and Trinity really stand for?
By the way, for all you people noticing the connection to Lost, Maxwell has said he was influenced by it:
