Addendum to Flying Eyeball:

Type: Pet
Location: Warlic's Advanced Magic
Element: Darkness
Damage: 2-8 Ranged, 4-16 Magic, 2-8 Mana (10MP), or None (see below)

Notes: The eyeball takes one of four actions with equal probability:
Ranged Attack: 1 hit for 2-8 Ranged Darkness
Magic Attack: 2 hits for 2-8 Magic Darkness each
Mana Drain: 1 hit for 2-8 (Unknown) Darkness damage to opponent's mana (this is affected by opponent's elemental resistances). You gain 10 MP regardless of the amount of damage done, in two increments of 5 MP.
Nothing: The eyeball takes no action.

I've never seen the eyeball make a melee attack, unless its drain attack is melee. Although I'm not completely certain of the damage ranges given, the numbers I've seen are consistent with them. I've never seen anything to support the idea of a 3 hit attack of 2-8, or any other way of arriving at 6-24 in a single attack (the amount listed in the official description).

I have fairly good confidence in the assertion that actions are equally distributed 1/4 among the possibilities, although it is a bit of an assumption. More data points if somebody else has collected data on this would be welcome, especially if the seem to suggest otherwise.

(EtA: And, of course, the Avatar is a nice image of it, if you can use that.)

Added to what we already had. Thanks ~Suikoman444

i see that in daimyo's entry, that it doesnt show the lvl 5's sellback, its 20 gold. but i have no clue on the lvl 35 one. also, in the damage for the lvl 65 version, it says that it is 6 hits of 2-8, but then it says that the total damage is 12-42. i think that it would be 12-48

Umm... Dragonslayer Twilly.
I have vague info...

Element X damage vs. Dragons.

Heals you a little and restores mana when not facing dragons.

He attacks by calling 6 Trobbles that then attacks the enemy for 6 Ranged Energy.
My guess is that Each Trobble does 2-6 damage.

I updated the entry recently, Lizard Wizard is still bugged in the weird way I described. ^^

Here is a picture of the Huntragon: http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b177/queenkamata/huntragon.png
And here is a picture of the Huntragon's special: http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b177/queenkamata/huntragonspecial.png

The Huntragon attacks with light and fire, but the fire does not set any monster on fire. Well, the Demon Tree and Deathwood would be affected. I had to fight a Deathwood to prove it to myself. So here it is. I might come up with a pic of the FireLight Vampdragon and the Baby Vampdragon sometime...

Ok, it took a long time to get these pets, but here they are:

poison dragon does magic damage not melee damage and it says "Engulf your Dragon foe in a cloud of posion that will last 12 rounds dealing 5% life per turn. Uses guest spot." the posion should be poison.

megoexe -> RE: Pets/Guests (10/7/2005 19:31:14)

o.O teh clones are here!
anyways, all of them are element fire...
they have the same face as you
same weapon you're using
same element of wep you're using
same shield you're using
steel plate armor. ginormous dmg...not too sure on exact dmg or bth or % chance of atk
at any rate, mine just did a 47 with the lower level water destroyer... so it's definitely more than 8-26dmg.
talking about big clone here btw...
edit again: I think dmg depends on your armor as I was wearing werepyre when it did so much...
so if you were wearing NmP, that'd probably cause ginormous dmg. o.O

Evo -> RE: Pets/Guests (10/7/2005 19:34:37)

Clone Guests

Big Clone
Level 70
Price : 12000
Sellback 2400
Melee Damage 8 to 26
This Clone is a freakishly large version of you , and does freakishly more damage per hit.

Clone
Level 40
Price 4000
Melee Damage 6 to 22
This Mysterious clone just likes to get to the fighting , so don't "clone" around.

Little Clone
Level 15
Price 800
Melee Damage 5 to 19
This clone is a smaller verison of you. Does less damage per hit but is very accurate.

The clones equiped weapon depends on what weapon you have equiped when you first summon him.
Clone performs 1 attack with the eqiuped weapon.
The Clones are located in the gurdian tower shop.

Here is a pic of my clone My Clone but everybodies clone will be different.

Tourist -> RE: Pets/Guests (10/7/2005 19:46:00)

quote:

quote:

I'm pretty sure the damage that the clones do is based off of your weapon's damage range + clone's damage range.

For example: You have the Big 100k and the Big Clone. Using my hypothetic damage range, you get (Big 100k + Big Clone) = Whatever

(8-28) + (8-26) = 16-54 damage

If you were against, say, a Cyclops Chieftain (2), then you'd multiply the 16-54 damage by the 1.4x damage boost (because of the 140% darkness resistance) and get 22-76. Which would explain why the clones do so much damage sometimes.

This is just a hypothesis for you guys to test out. It seems like the above formula might work. I am still testing it however.

EDIT: Okay, just battled Serlissa (200% energy resistance) using Undead Axe of Storms (6-27) using my Big Clone (8-26). Using my hypothesis, the damage range of the clone would be 14-53. Double that because of the elemental resistance and you'd get 28-106. He did 110 damage. Clearly, my hypothesis was wrong. And my CHA is 0, so that didn't change anything.

Little=75% Base and Random of weapon.
Normal=100% Base and Random of weapon.
Big=150% Base and Random of weapon. ~Suikoman444
