Water Orb Quest
Bio: Formerly a water elf, Thefarus, who is Aquella's brother, made a deal with the Water Lord to gain great power. In doing so, he lost his elven form and became the Sea Fiend.
Function: Originally, Aquella asked him to scare the people of Lolosia because she feared her people's territory would be ruined by too many settlers moving in. Thefarus agreed, but while he was scaring the people of Lolosia, his monstrous nature took over and he made plans of his own. He since then has become an enemy battle.
His last known primary objective was acquiring the Prime Water Orb from a coven of Vagarans.
