 Love games
Why do you tease me and why all these games?
It seems really silly. And what`s with the names?
I wanna be with you, I think that you`re great,
Now you wanna trick me?! I won`t take the bait!

Why do you test me? What is your goal?
Are you looking for something, see into my soul?
I like you very much and I`ll put up with this,
Maybe you`ll stop soon. I hope so sweet Liz.

You`ve let your guard down and now we`re together,
Forever these times I want to remember,
I am so happy, I love you very much!
But, sadly, you turn cold. Why is it as such?

Talking about space, you start to reject me,
You`re colder and colder, why this has to be?
I ponder alot and now know the reason,
Starting a game myself. It`s right, it`s the season.

Even though I don`t like it, this game must be played,
The cards must be hidden, not in sight laid,
I start acting distant, my feelings diminish,
You realize this, want it all to finish?

Starting to come around, you grab me by the hand,
You don`t want me to leave, you want thing to mend,
Slowly but surely, everything get`s better,
Now, we are both happy. Whoa, is that Heather?!

You say that you`re rich,
Surely you jest.
That is not your loot, that is my foot,
It`s still attached, and with a leather boot,
With gold and silver spurs. Don`t touch it you coot!

What are you doing now? Searching for gold coin?
Stop or I`ll make a vow, a loony bin you`ll "join"!
You`ve gone all out crazy but it is not funny,
You`re vision is now hazy, you don`t see that it`s sunny!

You`ve got to calm down and must realize,
That there`s more to life than a loot bag with size,
Start to enjoy other things and open your eyes,
Or with demons of greed you`ll meet your demise!

 Sweet agony

He calls it his hobby, love and passion,
It can be very nice, he thinks it’s in fashion,
A lot of people do it, it can be useful and fun,
Time starts passing quickly, soon he gives up the sun.

Starts to neglect everything `cause he enjoys it so much,
Soon it becomes a bad habit, he doesn’t see it as such,
Playing with the magic box is almost all that he does,
But he’s starting to not feel well. "What the hell is that buzz?!"

His eyes are now hurting and feel kinda dry,
They could use a good workout, but he can’t seem to cry,
In front of his eyes images start flashing,
At night he can’t sleep, his mind keeps on mashing.

The box is to blame, too much time in its presence,
He should give it up but the taste of its essence,
Keeps him bound to it every single day,
He enjoys it too much, to escape it...no way!

When he uses it, he’s super and everything`s great,
When night time comes he can`t sleep, no matter how late,
All is getting worse, his mind is now racing,
His body feels broken, great danger he`s facing.

His flesh feels on fire, his very soul shakes,
Bathing in agony, a decision he takes,
He feels sick to the core, can`t go on this way,
He will give up the box the very next day.

Some time has now passed and he is doing well,
He is more mature now, he did go through hell!
The box wasn`t disposed of but that doesn`t matter,
A lot of other things to do he would rather.

 Life and death

Such a strange place, full of mystery and wonders,
He finds himself here, hurting, and ponders
On all that came to pass, and everything that will be,
Dark times surely will come, also pain...in some degree.

He thinks of his life and the struggles he faced,
Too many bad days, which skid marks have traced
On his being. So now, he feels bitter and fed up,
It’s risky but he’ll do it, his mind is made up!

It starts running through him, so far there’s no change,
A little time passes. Oh no, this feels strange!
The poison’s attacking, the life flame gets weak,
The danger is great, all things seem so bleak.

He isn`t alone though, eight angels around him
Try desperately to help, they work as a team.
He thinks it`s the end, and then feels the darkness,
Death is long side him, he even sees it`s blackness.

Gasping for air, he doesn`t want all to cease,
Through his veins, life elixirs, the angels release,
The struggle is working, his strength has returned,
The danger has passed, many years he has earned.

The eyes now see things differently, the feelings are other,
He looks forward to the good things creation has to offer.

 Spirit

Floating forever through a field of rocks,
It`s such a feeling, no need for clocks!
There is no life here, so I am streaming,
Is all this real or am I just dreaming?

Swimming so fast, cutting through the waves,
I am almost free now, not like all those slaves,
Pushing to my limits, hope starts slowly gleaming,
Is this something real or am I just dreaming?

Running down the street, I start yelling like crazy,
To confess my love for her, for this I`m not lazy.
I keep on going and going and now the sun is dimming,
Is this something real or am I just dreaming?

Flying through time and space I now start breaking apart,
I feel every atom in me, and even the life in my heart,
Trying to unite with creation. For this I am scheming.
Is all of this real or am I just dreaming?

 Silent travel

The time goes by fast but it doesn’t notice,
There is so much work to do aboard the ship Lotus.
Star after star, light years so many,
The AI being’s goal: Solve problems, if any!

Decades go by, ship’s crew still in stasis,
M.A.X. sometimes goes there and admires their faces,
Its metal hands never stop, always doing work
Being the only one active...is fine, it’s a perk!

After its creation, the lab coats soon saw
Its behavior and "flaws" and they were in awe,
M.A.X. was unique, he thinks and he feels,
He is the lonely type and even has ideals.

When the humans thought of the journey through the warp gate to Xine,
It knew they had no chance, the Lotus was flawed in design,
No matter the force fields and dark matter apparatus.
It needed to be there and keep things in good status.

When the time finally came, M.A.X. hid aboard the ship,
Took it upon itself to keep Lotus in ferm grip,
The trip is just pleasant, plenty to do and time to ponder.
Still a long ways away `till the place with all the wonders
