 Flowing Shadow - toggles between the following:
 - Haunting Shadow: Pay [30% Melee] SP/turn for x0.786 incoming damage.  Weapon attacks take -25% damage and induce Panic (-21%*† damage) (+0 save, inflict with MainStat/LUK, resist with CHA/LUK).
 - Relentless Shadow: Pay [40% Melee] per turn.  Weapon attacks gain +[20% Melee] damage and Blind your foe (-9.5* BTH, 3 turns) (+0 save, inflict with MainStat/LUK, resist with DEX/LUK).
 
 Shadow Reclamation - weapon-based skill.  Follows weapon type+damage, 4 hits, +5 BTH lean, costs SP, no eleComp.
 - If your foe has at least [200% Melee] each worth of Blind and Panic, then it consumes that to provide you with permanent EleShield (Darkness, -9.5% damage), DefBoost (+8.95 blocking), and Empowerment (Darkness, +13.3% damage).  Max 5 uses/battle.
 - Otherwise, if the above toggle is set to Relentless Shadow, then you consume up to [400% Melee] worth of Panic to inflict Blind (absorbed value *0.85/0.9 /140/4*, 8 turns) (+0 save, inflict with MainStat/LUK, resist with DEX/LUK).
 - Otherwise, if the above toggle is set to Haunting Shadow, then you consume up to [400% Melee] worth of Blind to inflict Panic (absorbed value /140/0.9*0.4/0.6*) (-10 save, inflict with MainStat/LUK, resist with CHA/LUK).  At full value this will provide over -100% damage, so if the absorbed value is >[133.3% Melee] then this is split over two Panic inflictions // >[267% Melee] it's split over three inflictions.  (This technically decreases the damage reduction but it keeps more edible Panic on your foe so hopefully it's worth it?)
 
 This also affects bow attacks and boosts them to skill-level damage.
