Basic unofficial Info-Subs for Searing Strike Guardian Dragon Blade

Effectively a clone of the other Strike Guardian Dragon Blades. This one has a 0.6 BR lean and 10-proc special. Clicking on the blade toggles between Melee/Magic and clicking on the handle equips the Searing Strike Guardian Dragon Form armor. The armor is a clone of the others with swapped resists.
